Laura Rogers

Laura Rogers is an assistant professor of Educational Leadership and Policy at the University of Utah. Her research examines how policies and organizational conditions shape the work and effectiveness of K-12 district leaders, principals, and teachers. Her recent projects have explored educator wellbeing and turnover, district-led principal pipeline initiatives, and  central office change. She holds a PhD in Leadership and Policy Studies from Vanderbilt University.
