Dr. Bradley D. Marianno is an associate professor of education policy and leadership and the faculty director of the Center for Research, Evaluation, and Assessment at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. A nationally recognized expert on teachers’ unions and collective bargaining, Dr. Marianno’s research is published in leading education and policy journals, including Educational Researcher, Policy Studies Journal, Education Finance and Policy, Economics of Education Review, and Educational Policy. He has contributed his expertise on teachers’ unions and collective bargaining to numerous news stories, including those published in Time Magazine, NBC Nightly News, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, The Boston Globe, The Seattle Times, the Associated Press, Politico, and USA Today. Dr. Marianno holds a Ph.D. in education policy and an M.A. in economics from the University of Southern California, as well as M.S. and B.S. degrees in sociology from Brigham Young University.
